Weezer Signs To Epitaph For Next Album

Weezer will always hold a special place in my heart. Starting from the Blue Album’s surf/punk anthem of "Surf Wax America" to the awesome opening track "Tired of Sex" off Pinkerton, to the ultimately almost annoyingly pop conscious Raditude, I still follow them today.

Now it seems that Weezer really wants to take control of their next album. The recent departure from Geffen has left a big question of where they would go. Well wonder no longer, the band's next album will be put out by Epitaph and will be named Hurley.

According to Weezer's Twitter, the new album should be dropping September 14.
