TOUR WATCH: Flying Lotus Announces ‘Layer3’-Filled Spring Tour

The experimental and refreshingly unpredictable Flying Lotus is now a magician, or so the artist himself implies, during the Red Bull Music Academy-produced video about FlyLo's A/V live show dubbed "Layer3": the combination of two scrims plus Ellison's personal performing space.
"I think as we get older, that idea of magic is just taken from us—less of it and less of it, as we get older—I really try to just kinda dabble in things that feel magical."
Layer3, a collaboration with friends Timeboy and Strangeloop, will be incorporated throughout Flying Lotus' imminent North American spring tour.
