RECAP: Cayucas Brings The Sounds Of The Surf To Mammoth Mountain
By Staff; Photos by Peter Morning on April 8, 2014
While the people of Southern California are currently stripping down to their smallest amounts of clothing necessary because the threat of triple-digit-heat is coming closer than ever, the boarders and skiers heading up and (quickly) down the slopes of Mammoth Mountain escaped the cool air on Friday to see Cayucas hit the Underground stage.
The easy, breezy quartet ran through deep cuts and bouncy hits from their debut full-length album, Bigfoot, without a care in the world. All of the night's fun benefitted our friends at B4BC (Boarding for Breast Cancer) and with a full weekend of snowy slopes ahead, the gig goers let loose with the tunes long into the night!
Take a look at more photos from this musical adventure below, and make sure to head up the state for the last FIRST FRIDAY of the season with the Limousines to come!
