LOOK: Gold Fields Drop ‘Black Sun’ LP In February; “Dark Again” Single Out NOW!
By Staff on November 19, 2012
Don't let the title of Gold Fields' new single, "Dark Again"—released October 9 via Astralwerks—deceive you. This four-and-a-half minute synthpop track, carried by killer vocals and guitar, is just as upbeat and exciting as any of the Aussies' other dance anthems, such as "Treehouse," which received favorable reviews from our harsh, younger critics at 826LA.
Though your body might need an energy drink to keep up, your ears will be ready to hear "Dark Again"—over and over and over again. This song already makes us nostalgic for this year's Culture Collide, in which Gold Fields was featured and gained countless fans.
In addition to the stream of "Dark Again" below, there is a clip of the band hard at work on their upcoming, debut full-length, Black Sun, available February 26th, 2013. If you're too antsy to wait until February for more Gold Field, catch them during their fall/winter tour alongside Diamond Rings and St. Lucia.
