LOOK: Fucked Up Release Split With Sloan

The Toronto hardcore outfit, Fucked Up, have announced today their release of a limited (500 copies), holiday split single 7", with Sloan--Fucked Up covers "Jingle Bells" and Sloan takes on the more tedious, "12 Days of Christmas." The split should be available during the band's Toronto benefit concerts, December 20-21. The band will give the concert's proceeds to COUNTERfit Harm Reduction Program and the Barriere Lake Legal Defense Fund.

The band's also set to release their Year Of The Tiger single on February 21st via Matador. The 12" single is a progressive rock piece, which features Jim Jarmusch, Annie-Claude Deschênes and Austra; it was produced by Shane Stoneback (Vampire Weekend, Sleigh Bells).
