LOOK: Bonnie “Prince” Billy Knows It’s “Time To Be Clear”

Bonnie "Prince" Billy has just announced the release of the new single "Time To Be Clear" out on Drag City on Feb. 28. One four-minute album track plus two four-minute non-album on two sides of a 7" single, "Time to be Clear" from the album Wolfroy Goes to Town, introduces avid listeners and fans to two non-LP songs "Whipped" and "Out-of-Mind." Look out for this two-song 7" called 'The B-Sides for "Time to be Clear"'  and "Time to be Clear" this month. If you liked  Wolfroy Goes to Town, you are sure to enjoy the new single "Time To Be Clear" (available digitally) and 7" b-sides release (vinyl).

These songs were recorded with the suddenly-ubiquitous Bonny crew of Ben Boye, Van Campbell, Emmett Kelly, Danny Kiely and Angel Olson. Both sides were recorded with David Ferguson, who brings his strong roots and subtle flair to the mix. The cover drawing was supplied by the great American artist, publisher and aesthete, Sammy Harkham.
