LIVE, IN PHOTOS: L’arc-En-Ciel Make History At Madison Square Garden

On March 25th, L'Arc~en~Ciel, a Japanese rock band, played to a nearly sold out show at the world famous Madison Square Garden in New York City. They became the very first Japanese band to perform in the arena. They are currently on their world tour, celebrating their 20th anniversary.

In a way this was their "best of" show, playing most of their greatest hits in the 2 hour show. My favorite part of the show was when they performed "Ready Steady Go" because it just sounded like it was meant to be played in big arenas. Also Hyde, the frontman of the band, has such an incredible voice and the charisma of a great performer.

Towards the end of the show, Hyde, thanked the crowd. Originally they were set to play the theater inside Madison Square Garden but there was such a huge demand that they had to play in the arena.
