Jim James Announces ‘The Appalachian Voices Tour’

My Morning Jacket frontman, Jim James (aka Yim Yames), is set to hit the road this Summer with fellow Kentuckians, Ben Sollee and Daniel Martin Moore.  The Appalachian Voices Tour, which is in support of Dear Companion (a collaboration between Sollee/Moore and produced by James, dedicated to stopping the destructive practice of mountaintop coal mining), kicks off July 12th in New York.
