Singer-songwriter Allison Moorer recently toured the United States with Steve Earle, and in February 2010, will release her Ryko debut, Crows. The album is the anticipated follow up to 2008’s Mockingbird. Today, Moorer is giving FILTER her list for the 10 best albums of the year.
