DAVID BOWIE AND TILDA SWINTON TEAM UP FOR NEW MUSIC VIDEO: The nearly six minute video for David Bowie's "The Stars (Are Out Tonight)" follows the story of an adorable and content old English couple (played by Bowie and Tilda Swinton of course) who are thrust into the shiny and glamorous, yet destructive world of tabloids and rock bands.

 

2. DAFT PUNK SIGNS WITH COLUMBIA: While we heard word of it before, now it's official: Daft Punk has officially signed with Columbia Records!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. CEREMONY RELEASES VIDEO FOR "LIGERAMENTE DESENFOCADO": Inspired by the Robert Capa photo "Slightly Out Of Focus" (Spanish translation: Ligeramente Desenfocado), Mexico City's Light & Noise creative collective has created a web-series that pushes the boundaries of music videos to the extreme by not giving you a clear picture of your favorite band.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. NEW YEAH YEAH YEAHS MUSIC: Ever since the Yeah Yeah Yeahs released their interesting album art for Mosquito in January, we've eagerly been waiting to hear what they have in store for their fourth LP. Finally, the trio released their first single "Sacrilege" and it's a good one, complete with a gospel choir to amp up this spiritual experience.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5. THOM YORKE DANCES IN NEW ATOMS FOR PEACE VIDEO: We fell in love when Thom Yorke first showed us his erratic dance moves in Radiohead's video for "Lotus Flower." Now, with Atoms For Peace's newest video for the song "Ingenue," Thom has shown us again that he means business when he dances, especially when he's in a brown suit.
