Welcome to FILTER's Top 10 of 2009. You know the drill: Each day of December, we'll be posting a guest artist's Top 10 albums of the year, replete with delicious irony, whimsy, hilarity, obscurity and pop delight. Read 'em and weep, and be sure to look out for FILTER's very own Staff List, as well as our Best Reviewed Albums of the Year. Delight, I tell ya!
