The end of a year inevitable brings about reflection, celebration, and top 10 lists. As we enter into the last few weeks of 2009, FILTER has taken part in all three end-of-the-year rituals by presenting not only the staff's personal favorites and the magazine's best reviewed Albums of the Year, but also letting guests artists give their expert opinions on what 2009 albums deserve to be recognized as the best of the best.
One of today’s Top 10 lists of the best albums from 2009 comes from Alan Palomo, frontman of Neon Indian and VEGA. Neon Indian is wrapping up the end of year by touring Europe this month and kicking off 2010 with two gigs in Australia.
