WATCH: The Shins Reminisce About ‘September’

We know well that all you fanatics of The Shins are eager for their upcoming record, Port Of Morrow, out March 20th via Columbia and James Mercer's own label, Aural Apothecary. To ease some of that tension you've accumulated in anticipation of the new album, the band has released the music video for the B-side of the upcoming "Simple Song" 7". The b-side is the new song, "September." Take a listen below.
The 7" will be out this Valentine's Day, just a few days from now via Columbia/Aural Apothecary.

The video is quite simple, garnering different sequences where the song's tape--with lyrics printed on it--floats around a room, and goes through the usual old school means tape was until recently played on. Catch it below.
