Austin-based Quiet Company may not be fresh in everyone's minds right now, but they will be soon and to prove it, we have the premiere of their video, "Fear and Falacy, Sitting in a Tree," to share with you.
Group leader, Taylor Glen Muse, is no stranger to the music game. After a stint with Eisley and the break of up his last band, The Connotations, Muse set out to do something on his own. With the help from some friends, Muse, aka Quiet Company, released their first record, Shine Honesty, performed hundreds of shows across the U.S., won several festival awards, and has been added to rotation by MTV.CA. Keeping with the momentum, the group then released 2009's, Everyone You Love Will Be Happy Soon, and the 2010 EP, Songs For Staying In.
Now the group is set to release We Are All Where We Belong in October and we have the video for "Fear & Fallacy, Sitting in a Tree" to share with you. The clip features the group performing around the city of Austin, TX in various locations including several pianos that were placed around the city as part of Austin's art installation, Play Me I'm Yours. There's also a whole lot of beard going.
