WATCH: LA Font Shares ‘Sharks’ Video (FILTER Exclusive)

The Echo Park quartet, LA Font, are premiering the music video for their track, "Sharks"--catch it below. The track was released as a 7" last July via Sister City Records.

According to the band, they named themselves LA Font because this is the typeface the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power uses in its field offices. As to how to pronounce the name, they say it should sound like "elephant."

You can catch the band's tour dates and video below. It's unsure how much the band truly loves Mickey D's, but it must be a lot, being that they filmed the video at six different locations of this burger franchise. You can expect to catch sharks swimming around freely; burgers "dancing"; and the band horsing around a kiddie playground of a McDonald's.

You can buy the band's music here.

Tour Dates:

April
21 - Los Angeles, CA  - Six01 Studios

May
3 - Los Angeles, CA  - The Echo
