Clearly, it's no secret how much we love Ducktails -- not just because of the nostalgic name, but also because of the the music. In the dead of winter, we showed you why Ducktails could get any job they wanted with their track "Letter of Intent."
Then, we thoroughly enjoyed the rest of the tracks from The Flower Lane, their most recent release. Finally, they have released a video for "Letter of Intent" that matches the mood of the song...and it's totally awesome.
Let's talk about some of the wonderful things that happened in the video. First, who doesn't love bubbles? Especially huge ones! Second, that red umbrella is the perfect pop of color for the dreary, gray backdrop of the city. Third, things got really meta when the photo taken of the cameraman was cut into the video. Finally, the video ended with ducks and duck tails! Coincidence? We think not.
