We know a good dream-pop band when we hear it, and Minneapolis quintet, Gloss, definitely has the makings of one. Their self-recorded EP, Between Themselves (out November 26 via Forged Artifacts), is a great introduction to the group and we're excited to be premiering a full stream right here.
Composed of Jeff Cornell, Sean Neppl, Jack Woolsey, Jordan Bleau and Emmy Carter, Gloss' strengths live in their ability to create beautiful, lush soundscapes. Every song on their EP is drenched in shoegaze influences, resulting in wispy echoes and delicate melodies. That along with relatable themes of fear, relationships and struggles makes them a refreshingly accessible band.
Take a listen for yourself below and immerse yourself in their consuming arrangements. You'll be glad you did!
