Spoon, Transference

Austin's own Spoon will release their latest LP, Transference, January 19th via Merge Records. This week, the new material (and follow-up to 2007's stellar Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga) is available to stream in its entirety, over at NPR music. No real departure from the band's tried and true methods, Transference is their first self-produced effor. In other Spoon news, it was also announced this morning that Britt Daniel and crew will headline NPR Music's showcase, kicking off SXSW 2010.
