MP3: The Megaphonic Thrift Offer A ‘Candy Sin’ (FILTER Exclusive)

Featuring members of Casiokids, Low Frequency In Stereo and Stereo 21, Norway’s The Megaphonic Thrift are no strangers to putting on loud rock shows. To celebrate their forthcoming new record, Decay Devoy, FILTER has a new tune to share with everyone!

With a lot of influence of My Bloody Valentine and Dinosaur Jr., "Candy Sin" is a frantic, rocking, and pulse quickening tune that tells you exactly what The Megaphonic Thrift are all about, playing loud rock.

The debut album, Decay Decoy, was born into a world of flames. Literally. Just before the band recorded their debut album, their entire set of equipment was destroyed in a fire including custom guitar pedals, guitars in special tunings and more. But with the help of fellow Norwegian musicians, The Megaphonic Thrift entered the studio and created their infectious new album.

If you happened to be going to this year's SXSW, you will be able to witness the band in action, stay tuned for more details on that.

Decay Decoy is coming March 8th via Sonic Unyon.
