MP3: Crystal Castles Release Ominous New Track, “Plague”
By Staff on July 25, 2012
This September, Crystal Castles will release their forthcoming full-length album. And today, they've released a new song, "Plague," via their SoundCloud page.
The as-yet-untitled album is produced by Ethan Kath and was recorded in Warsaw; it is currently being mixed in London. This will be the third album for Crystal Castles.
"Plague," a synth-heavy electronic pop concoction, features Alice Glass singing loudly among the drone of the music. It certainly exhibits a darker, more ominous sound for the band.
Crystal Castles also have a few U.S. tour dates coming up. You can check those out, as well as listen to and download "Plague" below.
