Swedish musicians Junip have had a busy year. In April, the band released their melancholy and ruminative self-titled sophomore LP, a record that fueled a distinct brand of summertime sadness, but that will find a whole new season to settle into this fall.
Here, the band's frontman José González shares a fantastic playlist to welcome in cold breezes and warm drinks, with nods to a ton of great 2013 releases, including Forest Swords, Blouse, Yo La Tengo, El Perro Del Mar and many more. Listen to González's playlist below, or anytime via Spotify, and be sure to check out the band as their October tour kicks off with Austin City Limits tomorrow!
