Killing Spree, 1.11.11 (FILTER Exclusive)

Los Angeles' coldwave djs, Killing Spree, have created a 2011 mixtape exclusively for Check Yo’ Ponytail.

Killing Spree is a monthly minimal synth/cold wave night in Los Angeles held at the gothic capsule known as the Medusa Lounge. Started by Zane Landreth and Sarah Toon (BLKRAINBW) and recently joined by Robert Disaro, Killing Spree supplies dark, chilled, and sexed up dance anthems. Killing Spree will be performing at Check Yo' Ponytail on 1/11/11 alongside Pictureplane, Teengirl Fantasy, and Terminal Twilight.

The 1.11.11 mixtape highlights both older minimal synth classics as well as new upstarts and was mixed by Nightchilde and Zane.
