Jay-Z, On To The Next One

With the new year comes the inevitable cleaning of iTunes playlists - swapping old and potentially played out anthems with new material to infiltrate your headphones.  Without a doubt, Jay-Z's love letter to his hometown, "Empire State of Mind", was inescapable in 2009, earning consistent spins from radio, TV, sporting events and a bevy of award shows.

But as we enter the new decade, it's appropriately fitting that Mr. Carter released the video to his latest single, "On To The Next One" on December 31st.  While there's more substance than skylines in this third black and white clip from the Blueprint 3, it's a nice introduction to the next 365 and beyond.
