THE LOW POINT OF OUR CAREER
At every live show, there was five minutes of tuning between each song, because no two songs were in the same key.
THE HIGH POINT OF CAREER
Whatever comes in the next few months when we play these reunion shows.
BEST SHOW EVER
I don’t remember them specifically; they run together. They were mostly living-room shows in front of 30 of our friends.

WORST SHOW EVER
One weekend, we hit the road to do some Midwestern tour dates. I don’t know what happened, but there was literally no one at our first show. Just as we were about to start playing, some metalheads showed up and we decided not to play.
THE BEST SONG WE EVER WROTE
“Stay Home,” because you can get lost in it. We’re in different time signatures that sync up every so often.
THE FUNNIEST THING A JOURNALIST EVER WROTE ABOUT US
I haven’t read much about us; I’ve stayed away from it.
WHEN THE JOURNALISTS GOT IT RIGHT
The fact that anybody cares this far down the road is cool.
HOW WE HOPE TO BE REMEMBERED
These upcoming shows, though we only have 12 songs. We’ll probably do them all and that’s it. No one needs to hear the guys that used to be in American Football doing a Fugazi cover.
HOW WE'RE MOST LIKELY TO BE REMEMBERED
For not playing shows.

American Football [deluxe edition] (2014)
It’s the best-sounding version of the only album we ever made.
